• Pick a two‑part breath prayer—e.g., “Spirit, guide me” / “Lead me in love.”

• With each forward loop, pray the first phrase; with each return, the second.

• Let the cadence of your hook and yarn draw you into a gentle rhythm of praise.

3. Anointing Aroma Meditation

• Gather small vials of myrrh, aloes, or your favorite essential oils.

• As you work the shawl’s lace or border, pause to uncork a vial and inhale.
